In Loving Memory of Chris Estes

March 25, 1981 - August 23, 2020

Chris Estes was more than a part of our company—he was part of our family. As the son of our founder, Chris grew up with the values that still guide our work today: honesty, dedication, and genuine care for others. Anyone who had the privilege of knowing Chris remembers his outgoing spirit, quick smile, and the way he made every person feel seen and appreciated.

Chris was the kind of man who would give you the shirt off his back without a second thought. Authenticity mattered deeply to him, and he carried that into everything he did—his work, his relationships, and the way he showed up in the world. He believed in hard work, in treating people right, and in doing every task with pride. One of his favorite sayings, now engraved on his tombstone, perfectly captures his straightforward determination: “just doin work son.”

Chris brought energy, heart, and integrity into our workplace every single day. He set a standard for all of us, not just in how we work, but in how we live—with kindness, sincerity, and passion.

Though he is no longer with us, his spirit remains woven into the fabric of our company. We honor him by striving to live the way he did: authentically, generously, and always ready to put in the work.

Chris is loved, missed, and remembered—today and always.
